We appreciate that you, like many Aucklanders, were hoping for better news at the 4pm Prime Minister’s announcement. Unfortunately, Auckland will remain at Level 4 until at least 11.59 pm next Tuesday 21 September.

Our preplanning has allowed for this situation. All bookings scheduled for Day 1 will remain Day 1, just one week later, and so forth. There is nothing that you need to do at this point, your priority booking with us remains in place.  We will continue to stay in regular contact with you in this changing environment.

If the Level 4 extension means that you do not need your scheduled booking, please email the Smart Express Auckland team, or preferably refer to the last email booking from Smart Express, which includes your job details. The team remains focussed to working with you to ensure that your move is completed as soon as practical.

For your information we have included the revised date table after the last announcement.

Please note, we are fully operational, and our office team is attending to calls and emails from 7am- 7pm, 7 days a week.
